The discussion will be based upon a combined analysis of the archaeological, historical and rabbinical sources that provide us a glimpse into the daily life of the Holy Land. We will discuss, among others, the themes of oil and wine industries, cosmetics and textile, metals, bone as well as stone quarrying and stone vessels industry. We will further explore lifting and water technologies as well as the public spectacles installations.
